Growing up in a household that was centered around hospitality, it was only fitting to seek an education from Johnson & Wales University in Culinary Arts and Business Management. From there I traveled for catering and events and worked alongside my late father for his catering business, eventually finding a home at Project 658. Here, the Lord allows me to use my love for cooking and hospitality to benefit others who, too, have found a home-a refuge.
