The best way to learn about the ministry of Project 658 is to see the work being done first-hand. We offer many volunteer opportunities for you, your family, your church or your organization to get involved.

We offer weekly programs for volunteers to plug in to which include:
– After School – Monday-Thursday, 3:30-6:00. Assisting teachers with elementary aged after school and tutoring
– Child Care — Monday-Thursday from 10:00-12:00. Assisting teachers in caring for and instructing children of adults attending 658 ministry programs (Children of volunteers are welcome to attend and serve with their parents.)
–Endeavor PYD – Monday – Thursday 3:00-6:00. Serve with teachers of middle school and high school aged students as mentors, tutors and assist in vocational training classes
Clothing Project – Monday – Thursday from 10:30-12:30. Help organize donated clothes and clothing room.

–Wellness Center – Serving at our medical clinic, taking place Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and second Saturday of the month. 9:00-1:00 *Both medical professionals and administrative volunteers are welcome.
–Culinary Class and Feeding Project – Monday-Thursday 10:00-1:00. Assist teachers in class material, devotions and running Feeding Project lunch
We offer monthly opportunities for volunteers to plug in to which include:
–Serve Saturdays – One Saturday of every month from 10:00-12:00 at The 658 Center. We can take up to 30 volunteers. Be sure to e mail to sign up ahead of time and check the calendar for dates.

Childcare Volunteer
Assist in providing care for the children of our program students. Childcare has a set-up similar to a Pre-K environment. Volunteer activities include teaching, playing, snack time and clean up.
