658 catering exists to provide hand-made, local cuisine and exceptional service for your event. The amazing thing is it also creates a pathway for someone’s life to be changed. How? Every 658 Catering order is part of our “1 to 1” feeding program. Each meal purchased sponsors a meal in the Project 658 outreach-feeding program. A meal purchased is a meal provided. That allows a person to sit in our center, enjoy a healthy meal, find a friend and find Hope.
One more thing, you are also providing for 658 Culinary School students to learn advanced job skills that will give them greater life sustainability. How cool is that?

The class is open to anyone who is interested in a career in food service. The Culinary Arts and Hospitality curriculum will cover:
- Knife Skills – fine cuts and large prep
- Ordering and Receiving
- Stocks, Soups, and Sauces
- Roasting, Sauté, Braise, and Deep Fry
- All aspects of catering and buffet style service
- All aspects of table service
Each student will cook, prep, clean, bus, serve as wait staff, line cook, serve off a line, deep clean, basically fill every role in a restaurant/food service environment – owner, back-of-house (BOH) and front-of-house (FOH).
Full tuition for the course is $3000.00. However, a number of scholarships are available – full and partial, regardless of economic background.
