Project 658 offers internships for college students and young adults. We have specific internships in a variety roles at 658 which include:


ESL- Do you love to teach? Come work alongside our ESL director and help facilitate and teach our ESL classes.


Childcare/Aftercare- Do you love kids? Come help manage our morning childcare program and afternoon school program for kids.


Events- Do you love planning? Come work with our event coordinators as they manage and run events that take place throughout our Center.


Communications- Do you love creatively telling a story? Come help run our social media as we spread the word and tell the story of 658.


Join us as we strive to change our city by serving our neighbors well.

Trips Application

Project 658 can provide a short term mission for your group right here in Charlotte, NC. Come join us as build a trip to fit the needs of your group. Your team will serve alongside our staff as we step into the great needs of our city and build relationships to help our friends move towards self sustainability and life change.

Banquet Manager

Is hospitality your thing? The 658 Events Team is hiring a Banquet Manager. This team member is in charge of hiring and training day-of staff (waitstaff, porters, audio visual, parking attendants, etc…), creating event layouts, prepping the space and the team, managing inventory and vendor communication. Ideally this team member speaks Spanish, loves details, is mission focused and is looking for an opportunity to lead. Ideal experience is 1-2 years in the food and/or events industry.
